Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using Yuna, what you can expect from us, and the responsibilities that come with managing client information.
1. Your agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and SNA Labs Corp. (“SNA Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of Yuna, including its websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. The Service is intended for businesses and professionals, not for use by children.
3. The Service
Yuna is a practice-management platform for beauty professionals. Depending on your plan and location, the Service may include:
- Client profiles, histories, notes, photos, and forms
- Appointment scheduling, booking requests, reminders, and follow-ups
- Service catalog and business-setting management
- AI-assisted note processing, summaries, insights, and chat
- Subscription billing and supported client-payment workflows
We may improve, modify, add, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change is likely to significantly reduce paid functionality, unless an urgent security, legal, or operational issue prevents advance notice.
4. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, and protect your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.
You may not share credentials in a way that bypasses plan limits or permits access by someone who is not authorized to handle the information in your account.
5. Your content and client data
Your content. You retain ownership of information, text, messages, health and treatment information, photos, audio, forms, and other material you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the Service or as otherwise directed by you.
Client information. You decide what client information to enter and how it is used in your practice. You are responsible for giving required notices, obtaining required consents, responding to your clients’ requests, and complying with professional and privacy obligations that apply to your business.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Content. Do not submit information that the Service is not intended or legally permitted to handle.
6. AI-assisted features
Some features use artificial intelligence to summarize information, suggest language, or assist with administrative work. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular client.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Break the law or violate another person’s rights
- Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with the Service, its security, or other users
- Scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or overload the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or that you do not have permission to use
- Use the Service or its output to build or train a competing model or service without our written permission
- Create or use multiple accounts, aliases, automated registrations, or account deletion and re-registration to obtain additional free allowances, trials, credits, promotional benefits, or other plan entitlements
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, eligibility rules, access restrictions, a suspension or termination, or other safeguards of the Service
Free, trial, credit, and promotional benefits are subject to the eligibility and usage conditions presented with the applicable offer. Unless we expressly state otherwise, those benefits may not be transferred, combined, repeatedly claimed, or renewed by replacing or recreating an account.
8. Fees, renewals, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, your subscription renews automatically and you authorize us and our payment and subscription providers, including Stripe, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat as applicable, to process the applicable fees, taxes, purchases, and subscription entitlements.
You may cancel through the Service, the applicable app store, or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
We may change prices by giving at least 30 days’ notice. A price change applies no earlier than your next renewal after the notice period.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for functions such as hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, communications, and AI processing. These providers include Amplitude for product analytics and Stripe, Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for payments, purchases, and subscription management. Your use of a third-party feature may also be subject to that provider’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services that you access independently from Yuna.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service and its software, design, branding, documentation, and other materials—excluding Customer Content—are owned by SNA Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service or our marks.
11. Availability and beta features
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but interruptions may occur. Beta, preview, or experimental features may change or stop without notice and may be less reliable than generally available features.
You are responsible for maintaining copies of information you need to meet your own legal, professional, or business recordkeeping obligations.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
Nothing in these Terms limits warranties, remedies, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SNA Labs and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, use, or data arising from or related to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or CAD $100.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold SNA Labs harmless from third-party claims and related losses arising from your Customer Content, your unlawful use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your failure to obtain required authority for client information.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Service. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Serious or repeated fraud, abuse, circumvention of plan or promotional limits, or attempts to evade a prior restriction may result in immediate and permanent termination. To the extent permitted by law, we may withdraw improperly obtained benefits and refuse future accounts or access associated with the same person or business. You may contact us if you believe an enforcement decision was made in error.
After termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law. Information is handled after termination as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Alberta, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and SNA Labs submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta, except where applicable consumer law permits or requires another forum.
Before starting formal proceedings, each party agrees to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice.
17. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice and obtain consent where required by law. Continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the business.
