Clear claims. Real permission.

Yuna publishes customer evidence only when the customer has approved the exact story and attribution. This page also brings together the policies and product practices that help you evaluate Yuna.

Customer proof standards

Testimonials and case studies must come from a real Yunacustomer who has given documented permission for the exact wording, name, role, business name, and media we publish. We do not turn client records, treatment details, private messages, or internal account data into marketing material.

A customer can limit how they are identified, ask for a correction, or withdraw permission for future use. We review published evidence regularly and remove it when permission expires or a material claim can no longer be supported.

No customer testimonial or case study is displayed here until its permission record and final publication copy have been approved. Product examples elsewhere on this site are demonstrations, not customer quotes.

Security and account separation

Yuna uses sign-in and access checks designed to keep each business's records private. Client form links are tied to a specific form.

These are practical safeguards, not a promise that any system is risk-free. We do not claim certifications, audit reports, uptime guarantees, or security assurances that have not been independently completed and approved for publication.

AI and data choices

Before using AI features that send information to OpenAI, account holders review a disclosure and choose whether to allow it. They can change that choice later. Features that need this permission stay off when it has not been given.

Learn what information may be processed, why it is used, and which providers help deliver the service in our Privacy Policy.
