When this helps
Repeating care instructions manually can lead to inconsistent wording or a missed message at the end of a busy day.
How Yuna helps
Prepare the instructions
Create an after-care form or instructions template with the business's approved guidance.
Connect it to the service
Link the template to the relevant service and set it to send after appointment completion.
Complete the appointment
When you mark the appointment complete, Yuna sends your instructions by the email or text options you have enabled and shows the message status. If you leave it open, Yuna completes it after a 24-hour grace period following its scheduled end.
Getting started
- Write and publish after-care content approved for the specific service.
- Link it to the service and choose to send it after the appointment.
- Keep valid client contact details and review messaging settings and allowances.
Good to know
- Yuna sends the content the business provides; it does not validate medical suitability for a particular client.
- A message may not arrive if contact details are wrong, a client has opted out, or your messaging allowance has been reached.
- You can complete the appointment manually at any time. Otherwise, Yuna checks hourly and completes eligible appointments at least 24 hours after their scheduled end.
What this gives you
More consistent delivery of the business's own care instructions, with a record of the send attempt.
A lash artist completes an appointment linked to a lash after-care template. Yuna sends the saved instructions to the client's available contact channel. This does not guarantee that the client reads or follows them.
