Client record management for beauty professionals

Keep contact details, treatment history, forms, photos, preferences, and important care notes together in Yuna.

When this helps

Client context is easy to lose when contact details, consultation answers, treatment notes, and before-and-after photos live in different tools.

How Yuna helps

  1. Create or import the client

Add a client yourself, import a client list, or ask Yuna to create the record.

  2. Build one chronological history

Appointments, completed forms, session notes, product sales, home-care routines, and saved photos remain associated with that client.

  3. Review context before the next visit

Open the profile or ask Yuna about recorded treatment history, preferences, concerns, and important notes.

Getting started

  • Create a Yuna account and add each client with at least a name.
  • Add an email address or phone number when you want Yuna to send forms or appointment messages.
  • Record sensitive or safety-relevant information only when you have an appropriate reason and client permission.

Good to know

  • Yuna only knows information that you or the client have entered; it does not verify clinical accuracy.
  • Review Yuna's summaries before using them to make a service decision.
  • The Free plan currently limits the number of clients and processed session notes; paid plans increase those allowances.

What this gives you

A single, searchable client history that makes it faster to prepare for a visit without relying on memory or scattered notes.

Example

After a brow appointment, an artist records the shape preference, attaches result photos, and notes a product recommendation. At the next visit, those saved details are available on the same client profile.
