Appointment scheduling and booking requests

Manage services, availability, blocked time, appointments, and public booking requests in Yuna's own calendar.

When this helps

Scheduling becomes error-prone when availability, service duration, client details, and booking requirements are checked separately.

How Yuna helps

  1. Define services and availability

Set service duration, price, working hours, blocked time, and optional booking requirements such as a form.

  2. Create or receive a booking

Book from the Yuna calendar or let a client submit a time request from the business's public booking page.

  3. Review and confirm

Choose whether available public bookings are confirmed automatically or sent to you for review. Yuna checks the selected time again before securing it. Deposits and required forms may still need to be completed before final confirmation.

Getting started

  • Add at least one active service with a duration.
  • Set the business timezone and weekly availability; add blocked time when needed.
  • Configure the public booking page before sharing its link with clients.

Good to know

  • Public booking is request-based: a requested time is not guaranteed until the professional approves it.
  • Yuna has its own calendar and does not sync with Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
  • To send appointment messages, Yuna needs a working client email address or phone number and an available messaging option.

What this gives you

A calendar that reflects the business's actual services and availability, with the professional retaining final control over public requests.

Example

A client requests a 60-minute facial for Thursday afternoon. You review the request, confirm the time, and Yuna adds the appointment to your calendar.
